To the Editor: Palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) is a rare subtype of psoriasis characterized by recurrent eruptions of sterile pustules on the palms and/or soles. Prior estimates of PPP have varied from 0.000,154% to 0.12% amongst non-US populations.1,2 Currently, there is a lack of data regarding the prevalence of PPP among a large US population. Our study aims to estimate the prevalence of PPP in the US using the National Institute of Health’s All of Us database.3
